GloShift HR Dashboard
Terms & Conditions
Draft: attorney review required before use. This is a working draft for GloShift's HR Dashboard product. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and should not be relied on as a binding agreement until reviewed and approved by an attorney.
1. Nature of the Service
The HR Dashboard ("the Dashboard") is a document organization and storage tool made available to practices ("Practice," "you," or "your account") and, where applicable, to Clinician and Team Member users invited by the Practice. The Dashboard provides templates, document storage, and workflow organization related to general HR resources, workplace compliance postings, and standardized procedures.
The Dashboard is not a system of record for, and does not collect, store, process, or manage:
- Sensitive hiring or applicant data
- Payroll data or payroll processing
- Benefits administration
- PTO tracking or approval records
- Any other employment data outside the limited document categories described in Section 2
1a. Practice responsibility
The Practice is solely responsible for the collection, storage, processing, and security of all sensitive hiring data, payroll data, PTO records, benefits information, and any other employment-related data outside the scope of this Dashboard. GloShift, Inc. does not act as the Practice's employer of record, staffing agency, payroll provider, or benefits administrator, and assumes no responsibility for compliance obligations arising from data the Practice manages outside the Dashboard.
2. Scope of Data Stored
The Dashboard is limited to storage and organization of non-sensitive, general-purpose documents, including but not limited to HR resource documents, workplace compliance materials, and standardized procedure templates. The Practice acknowledges that the Dashboard is intended for this limited purpose only and agrees not to upload sensitive personal data, protected health information, financial account information, or government identification numbers to the Dashboard.
3. Templates
The Dashboard provides access to template documents that have been reviewed by an attorney at the general template level. Attorney review of a template does not constitute attorney review of any specific document the Practice completes, customizes, or issues using that template. The Practice is solely responsible for:
- Completing all required fields and customizing templates for its specific circumstances
- Obtaining its own independent legal review of any completed document before use
- Ensuring completed documents comply with applicable federal, state, and local law
3a. No representation of legal sufficiency
GloShift, Inc. makes no representation that a completed template is legally sufficient, current, or appropriate for the Practice's specific situation.
4. Account Roles and Access
The Practice account administrator may create, invite, and manage Clinician and Team Member profile cards as described in the Practice's onboarding materials. Clinician and Team Member users control limited aspects of their own profile (such as their avatar) once their account is claimed, as described in the applicable product documentation.
5. Open Items for Attorney Review
- Confirm data handling/retention language aligns with any applicable data privacy statutes (e.g., CCPA if California practices are in scope)
- Confirm "no representation of legal sufficiency" language in Section 3 is adequately protective given the attorney-reviewed template claim
- Confirm account role/access language (Section 4) matches final product permissions before publishing
