GloShift HR Dashboard
Refund Policy
Draft: attorney review required before use. This is a working draft for GloShift's HR Dashboard product. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and should not be relied on as a binding agreement until reviewed and approved by an attorney.
1. Refund Window
Refunds will be issued only upon written request submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original payment date. Requests must be submitted in writing to support@gloshiftrn.com and must include the account name and payment date.
2. No Refunds After the Window
No refunds, in whole or in part, will be issued for requests submitted more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the payment date, regardless of usage level or reason for cancellation.
3. Document Release Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation of a Practice's subscription, all documents associated with the Practice's account will be released to the Practice within thirty (30) calendar days of the cancellation date. It is the Practice's responsibility to retain copies of any documents it wishes to keep before this release window closes and access is terminated.
4. Access Termination
Dashboard access will be terminated upon cancellation, subject to the 30-day document release period described in Section 3. After termination, the Practice will no longer be able to log in to or otherwise access the Dashboard.
5. Account Hold Status
A Practice may place its account on hold rather than cancel. Accounts on hold retain limited access at no additional cost, subject to the following restrictions:
- No downloads are available while an account is on hold.
- The Practice user retains the ability to log in and view the Dashboard interface but cannot add, view, or edit Clinician or Team Member profiles or cards while on hold.
- Template access remains behind the paywall while on hold. If the account is not on a paid plan, templates are not accessible, including during hold/dormant status. If the account was on a paid plan prior to hold, template access is suspended along with other paid features unless otherwise stated in the applicable plan terms.
6. Reactivation
Reserved: reactivation terms, availability of prior data and documents, and any reactivation fee are to be confirmed before finalizing.
7. Open Items for Attorney Review
- Confirm enforceability of the 14-day refund cutoff under applicable state consumer protection law (may vary by state if Practice customers are outside California)
- Confirm reactivation terms (Section 6)
- Confirm required notice/contact method for written refund requests (Section 1)
